The Sacred Space Team/Property Acquisition Team is pleased to announce that we have entered into an Earnest Money Contract for 1719 E 29th St. with the Board of Directors approval. Our next job is to do due diligence to assure that this property has no deal-breaking problems. If our research shows promise, the property will be presented at a Congregational Meeting where UUCBV members can vote on the question as whether to complete the purchase of this property for our next church home.
If you have not yet seen this property, please drive by. It is just north of Blinn College on the opposite side of 29th St. It is 2.826 acres of vacant land with a good sprinkling of trees.
