Our plats/plans for our new Church home at 1719 E 29th St in Bryan have been approved by the City of Bryan. Requests for bids have been sent out to contractors. It will take some time for prospective contractors to figure out the complex problem of creating an accurate bid. Then we will need for our attorney to look over the contract(s) to protect the church.

Due to circumstances beyond control, the process has been delayed a little. We are scheduled to discuss bids on August 5. We will have to carefully consider the applicants' bids and the necessity to have our attorney review any contract(s). We are slightly behind schedule; we will be prudent rather than be rushed in this process. I cannot give an exact date for the ground-breaking at this point. I would think after we have signed a contract with the contractor would be the appropriate time to schedule a ground-breaking. -Kathy Wheeler
I know the ground- breaking was supposed to be in July. Will the ground-breaking be after a contractor's bid is accepted?
