Property Purchase News

The vote on the 1719 E. 29th St. property purchase took place Sunday, March 31st.  According to our bylaws, proxy voting is permitted for purchasing property.  With ballots from the meeting and proxy votes as of the meeting date, we had 47 votes in, and were without a two-thirds decision count. We are providing every voting member, those who could not attend the meeting and have not designated a proxy, an opportunity to vote throughout this week.  We have met the two-thirds decision threshold but continue to collect ballots to represent the entire voting population as much as possible.  The official results will be announced this Sunday.
