Replace your plastic utensils with wooden ones. Wooden utensils don’t melt or leach dangerous chemicals or strange tastes into hot foods as plastic does and they are 100% biodegradable, not like plastic. To sanitize wood that’s been in contact with raw meats, wash in dishwasher on high temperatures. Let them dry completely.
