To decrease plastic and paper waste, consider using cloth napkins and cloth table coverings instead of paper or plastic products. You can always spot clean the cloth for use several times in between washings. Bamboo utensils go great with the cloth products and bamboo is biodegradable! Thanks to Harriet Smith we now have homemade cloth table coverings for the UUCBV to use long into the future.
