Free Homebuyer Education Course

The City of College Station is offering a free four part homebuyer education course in October at the Lincoln Rec. Center. Topics covered will include Credit, Mortgage Loans, Shopping for a Home, the Closing Process and more. The class is taught by a certified instructor. Dinner will be provided and certificates provided for those who attend all four sessions. When: October 1, 8, 15, and 22 from 6-7:30 p.m. (Tuesday Nights)

Where: Lincoln Recreation Center, located at 1000 Eleanor Street

Cost: Free ($20 for course book, not required)
