This weekend we're hosting a virtual viewing party on Saturday June 5th by watching Star Wars: The Last Jedi at 5pm using our normal Sunday Service ZOOM link found at the top of our homepage so we can all enjoy a "night at the movies" together. After a year of Pandemic and isolation, we could all use a bit more fun time together and we hope this event will be one for all to enjoy!
We encourage everyone to treat this as a "Dinner and A Movie" event so feel free to enjoy your food and beverage of choice during the show (just don't forget to turn your camera and microphone off while you eat). There will be an intermission for restroom breaks, refreshments, and brief discussion before watching the second half of the movie, and then we'll open up for discussion and dessert afterward!
On Sunday June 6th we'll enjoy a special worship service titled “Saying What We Love: The Theology of Star Wars” by Rev. Christian Schmidt and his wife Rev. Kristin Schmidt at our normal Worship service time.
