Is meditation always quiet? Always still? Is it always tranquil and peaceful? No! Some forms of meditation are done while moving and some are rooted in martial arts! The Korean practice of Ip Seon translates into “Enter into Zen” and it can be like jumping into an eternally rushing river, or striding into entropy. For Rev. Nell Newton, Ip Seon is a spiritual practice. Come learn about meditation for the restless!
