Your Board of Trustees met Tuesday, August 11, 2020. Our main topic of discussion included our fiscal position as it relates to our operational budget and our building construction budget. We will continue our discussion at the next Board meeting. We hope to host a Town Hall meeting in September to share information with the members of the congregation and to hear your feedback and suggestions. Stay tuned!
Remember that we welcome visitors at the Board meetings. Members who wish to speak with the board or request that an item be added to the agenda, please send an email to president@brazos-uu.org at least a week before the date of the board meeting. Our regularly scheduled meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Sometimes, we have additional meetings during the month; however, the dates vary. Check the Board blog for information on upcoming meetings and the church calendar for the Zoom links -- or contact me.
