The Sacred Space Team has reexamined two previously vetted properties and one new property. We came to a consensus to investigate further the property at 1900 FM 158. It is 3.75 acres with a small house and a lawnmower repair shop. It is on the west side of 158 between University and the parallel part of HWY 30. It is located across the street from a large Baptist church. The price on 1900 FM 158 has dropped $38,500 since we looked at it last March.
The Sacred Space team will be meeting with the City of College Station Planning and Zoning Committee next week to determine obstacles and strengths of this property. Areas of concern are sewer, fire hydrants, cost of tear down of the existing house, etc. Our engineer/advisor Veronica Morgan will be in attendance.
