The Board of Trustees asks that you mark your calendars for a specially called Congregational Meeting on Sunday, March 1, from noon to 2 pm, in the multipurpose room. This meeting was requested by five members—Hans Van Buijtenen, Sharon Boston, Erin Wilkerson, and Allison and John Faber. The following is their proposed agenda for the meeting. Questions about the meeting can be directed to the petitioners, as well as to any members of the Board.
Proposed Agenda: March 1 Congregational Meeting
Presentation by the Board of Directors on Minister Change
-Explain Types of Ministers including Developmental Minister
-Explain the reasoning behind needing an accredited interim minister (what qualities are you looking for in an interim minister? -Explain the process for hiring a minister/not renewing a contract of a minister (Is there a transparent objective procedure?)
