1956.10 The beginning

Oct 1956: Formally organized as the Unitarian Church of the Larger Fellowship under leadership of Tarbles and Thomases.

Per letter of Dick and Georgene Tarble (4-11-81): "In 1956, Billy (and Betty) Thomas and I found that we both belong to the Unitarian Church of the Larger Fellowship. From this small encounter and with the guidance of Rev. Horace Westwood in Houston, we started your fellowship." (They were retired in Sacramento, CA)
